Lighting Information: Check out the setup shot here: Setup for Sushi Shoot. So basically I used an AB800 on a 33″ silver lined beauty dish with diffusion sock @f16. The sushi was placed on a 3′ square black acrylic sheet.

Just got an additional AB800 as well as two foldable strip boxes for use with product photography. I also ordered a large foldable softbox and a Vagabond II for better on location work.
