Lighting Information:

Used a single light source: AB800 on a modified 33″ beauty dish with white diffusion sock above camera. I used a black acrylic sheet to do a mild reflection.

If I were to repeat this shoot, I would’ve used another gridded light to create a glow on the wall behind the subject. This glow will reflect back on the sheet acrylic as a halo around the sushi’s refection adding more dimension and effect to it.
